Fedel Machado Rivas is Internal Medicine Resident at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Computational Radiology Laboratory at Boston Children's Hospital from 2020 to 2022. He received his MD from Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia and has worked researching pediatric MRI applications at Massachusetts General Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital since graduating in 2019. At the CRL, Fedel developed novel MRI techniques to fetal and neonatal imaging to advance understanding of brain development.
