Postdoctoral Research Fellow
Bahram is a Computer Vision Data Scientist at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, NY. From Jan. 2015 to Feb. 2017 he was a postdoctoral research fellow with the IMAGINE research group at the Computational Radiology Laboratory (CRL) of Boston Children's Hospital, where he developed slice-level motion correction techniques for the analysis of fetal and neonatal brain growth. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering From McMaster University in 2013. His past and current research has been focused on developing innovative techniques in image and signal processing, computer vision, artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotic control systems with biomedical applications.
